Building on the high demand for investing in car parks and its strong position in the car park investment market Primevest Capital Partners launched its third institutional parking fund. Primevest European Real Estate Parking Fund III follows the same strategy as both its predecessors: investing in a portfolio of car parks located in dense inner-cities. In October 2016, Primevest European Real Estate Parking Fund III held its final closing, which raised the fund’s total commitments to € 220.7 million. The fund is structured as a German Immobilien-Spezialfonds with German investors.

In August 2017 the fund was fully invested. The last acquisition for the fund was a pan-European portfolio of car park assets located in several countries. This deal was the biggest car park portfolio sold at once. In total Primevest European Real Estate Parking Fund III acquired 22 car park assets located in 7 countries.
